ICDC-Surrey website has been created for patients & their families who attend the 5 hospitals in Surrey.
Surrey Hospitals |
Each of the hospitals mentioned above either have or are in the process of creating an independent patient support group [PSG] for people who have had an ICD Implant Operation. Each PSG is administered by the hospital itself in accordance with the stated aims that have been agreed by its members. However, there is still a strong need for a forum by which & through which both specific & general data can be circulated within the county of Surrey & is easily accessible to all patients with ICDs.
The website is operated by ICDC Surrey at St Peter’s Hospital but all members of all the five named hospitals are able to use it in its entirety. Members of each individual hospital are able to email both their own hospital Patient Support Group [PSG] & members of the other PSGs. You can apply for your registration application form either by email, post or download from this site.
